Yogalife is thrilled to be collaborating with local yoga and movement teacher Angie Clark to bring her monthly workshop, SWEAT RITUAL, to our studio.

SWEAT RITUAL is a 75-minute movement experience that blends functional training, yoga, and dance.

It moves through waves of intensity and release, combining strength, rhythm, and breath to help you reconnect with your body in a more intuitive way.
