Yogalife is thrilled to be collaborating with local yoga and movement teacher Angie Clark to bring her monthly workshop, SWEAT RITUAL, to our studio.
SWEAT RITUAL is a 75-minute practice inspired by functional movement, yoga, and dance.
This class ebbs and flows through moments of high energy, stability, and raw expression. Expect deep muscular burn, grounded repetition, and moments of release — all set to a curated playlist that moves you from the inside out.
