Maybe you've been coming to classes for months and something still doesn't feel right in a particular pose. Maybe you're dealing with an injury or a body that's changed and you're not sure how to adapt. Maybe you've never done yoga before and the idea of walking into a full class feels like too much. Or maybe you just want focused, one-on-one attention from a teacher who can watch how you move and help you move better.

That's what private sessions are for. One hour. One teacher. Full attention on you.

Who is This For

Private sessions are for anyone at any level. You don't need to have done yoga before. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to know what you want to work on. Some of the most common reasons people book include:

They're brand new to yoga and want to build confidence before joining group classes. They're working with an injury, chronic pain, or a body that's recently changed through pregnancy, surgery, or aging. They've been practicing for years but feel stuck or want to deepen their understanding. They want focused work on something specific like inversions, backbends, breathwork, or mobility. They prefer one-on-one environments and learn better with individual attention.

Whatever your reason, it's a good enough reason.

Session Types

  • One-on-one yoga sessions tailored to your experience level and goals. Available in any style your teacher is trained in, from gentle and restorative to dynamic vinyasa.

  • Focused mat pilates sessions with individualized attention on form, alignment, and progressive challenge.

  • Book a private session for two people. This works well for partners, friends, or parent and teen. Same individualized attention, shared experience.

Pricing

  • First Time Booking gets you a discounted introductory rate.

  • Regular Price is $120 per session for 1 person.

  • Booking a regular weekly session with us gets you a $30 savings per session. Billed on a 4 week cycle ($356/month)

  • Booking 2 recurring weekly sessions with us gets you $40 savings per session, billing on a 4 week cycle.

    $640/4 weeks.

How to Book

Choose your focus. You don't need to have it all figured out. Even a general sense of what you're looking for, like "I want help with my low back" or "I'm new and want to learn the basics," is enough for us to match you with the right teacher.

Reach out. Email us or use the form below. Let us know what you're hoping to work on, any relevant history like injuries or experience level, and your preferred location and schedule.

We'll match you with a teacher. Based on what you share, we'll recommend a teacher whose experience aligns with your goals and coordinate a time that works for both of you.

Show up. Wear comfortable clothing. Everything else is provided. No preparation needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Many of our private session clients are complete beginners. This is one of the best ways to start because you get individualized guidance from day one.

  • Private sessions are ideal for this. Your teacher will work around your limitations and help you find ways to move that support your body rather than strain it. Let us know about any injuries or conditions when you book so we can match you with the right teacher.

  • Yes. We offer gift cards that can be applied to private sessions.

  • We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.

  • In a group class, the teacher is leading a sequence for the room. They can offer some individual attention but their focus is divided. In a private session, the entire hour is built around you. Your teacher can go deeper on alignment, address specific issues, modify for your body, and give you the kind of feedback that's impossible in a group setting.
