We provide clean and high-quality yoga mats for free in our studios. These mats are easy to clean and won't absorb sweat. We also have changing rooms, lockers, and showers available for your convenience. If you need a towel, you can rent one for $3.

Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. We cannot admit latecomers, and we will not allow entry more than 2 minutes after the class has started. In the yoga room, only water and a towel are allowed. Please leave all personal belongings, including phones, outside the yoga room.
