This 6-week series breaks Ashtanga down into approachable, progressive steps so you can build strength, clarity, and confidence without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you’re brand new to Ashtanga or want to refine your fundamentals, you’ll learn the “why” behind the practice—and how to move with more ease and control.
How each week is structured Tuesdays: Learn the basics — theme + skills, with clear breakdowns, drills, and technique Thursdays: Apply it all — integrate the skills into a more continuous, guided practice
Choose your track:
2x/week (recommended): Tuesday + Thursday for the full learning + integration arc
1x/week: come either day—Tuesdays are skills-focused, Thursdays are integration-focused—so even if you can only attend once a week, this series is still for you.

Even if you practice other styles… Understanding the structure of Ashtanga can deepen any yoga practice. You’ll develop:
