Tee up your best season yet. This four-week series is designed to bridge the gap between your yoga mat and the golf course by breaking down the mechanics of the golf swing and connecting them to targeted yoga poses and breathwork.
Each week, we'll work through the physical demands of your game: hip mobility and internal rotation to drive power, shoulder stability and range of motion for a controlled swing, core engagement for balance through your weight transfer, and counter-movements to address the imbalances that come from repetitive play. Whether you're dealing with tight hips and shoulders or you tend to overswing, you'll walk away with tools you can take straight to the course.
We'll also spend time on the mental game. How to reset after a bad shot. How to stay grounded through a round. How to use breath techniques to keep your nervous system steady when the pressure's on.
Every participant will also receive a $100 Fitting Certificate from De Boer's Golf Shop, our local partner and one of Edmonton's most trusted names in the game.
This series is built for real golfers at every level, and you don't need any yoga experience to benefit. Just show up as you are.
