In this intermediate practice, we explore hip-opening postures from multiple angles, not chasing a single peak pose, but moving through the full terrain of the hips with intention. Expect some resistance. That's kind of the point.
The practice includes a variety of more challenging postures throughout, so come prepared to meet your edge, and maybe make peace with it. Or at least negotiate.
