Moving with a steady 3-count breath rhythm, you’ll build internal heat as you flow through creative sequences that challenge and inspire.
Expect plenty of opportunities and variations to explore new edges—whether you’re floating into handstand, playing with Bird of Paradise variations, or finding greater depth in your twists. The practice is playful and exploratory, with clear options to progress, refine, or scale back while staying connected to solid technique.
