KELSEY LUMMER

Kelsey’s yoga journey began in 2008, rooted in a love for Ashtanga yoga. After completing her 200-hour YTT in Thailand (2014) and her 300-hour YTT in Canmore, AB (2020), Kelsey felt a clear calling to teach. She now offers dynamic, creative classes that connect breath and movement, often thoughtfully set to music to create an immersive, multi-sensory experience. 

Creativity is a pillar for well-being and Kelsey enjoys inspiring others to move in different, intriguing, thoughtful ways. Alongside her work as a therapist, Kelsey brings her trauma-informed lens into her sequences, so they feel accessible to all bodies. 

She is dedicated to helping others find moments of peace, freedom, and connection in yoga — both on and off the mat.
