Teaching background: Hatha certified, experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Somatic Recovery

 

Teaching style: Breath focused; alignment cues for postures, with modifications offered along the way. Slow-fast paced, depending on sequence style and level. I generally begin with breath awareness, offer a balanced flow, and end with a savasana in every class.
