About Chelsea:
With a foundation in mobility and a passion for functional movement, Chelsea guides yoga classes that blend traditional practice with a training-based approach. She completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Pure Living Yoga in 2021 and deepened her understanding of joint health and movement mechanics through Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) in 2022.
Her classes are accessible to all levels and focus on building awareness, strength, and control—helping students reconnect with their bodies, explore how they move, and build lasting confidence in their practice. Whether someone is stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining movement patterns, Chelsea’s sessions offer support, challenge, and empowerment through mindful, intentional movement.
