This 4-week Nervous System Reset series is a practical, guided lunchtime program designed for busy downtown lives. Each week you’ll learn simple tools to regulate stress, release desk-body tension (neck, shoulders, hips, low back), and build a reset routine you can use at work, at home, and before sleep.

What to expect (each 45-min session):

  • Gentle, accessible mobility (low sweat / workday-friendly)

  • Guided meditation/NSDR-style rest (no long awkward silence)

  • One take-home “micro-reset” to use during the week

You’ll leave with:

  • A repeatable 2–5 minute reset for stressful moments

  • Better body awareness and less tension from sitting

  • More steady focus in the afternoon

  • Tools that support deeper rest and improved sleep

Who it’s for:
