Rebecca Lee

Rebecca found yoga in her teens & has practiced actively for over 20 years. What started as a physical practice became much more as she learned to apply breathwork & meditation for grounding, focus & self-awareness. Rebecca’s classes balance alignment & flow, integrated breath & movement, strength & flexibility. She believes yoga is powerful & adaptable to every body. A practice in listening, remembering & reconnecting in with our self. Rebecca’s classes create a holistic experience focused on strengthening the body and sharpening the mind.Rebecca is passionate about fostering community & alignment whether it’s in her yoga practice or scaling high-performing teams in her corporate-life. In her personal time, Rebecca strives to be a positive impact from volunteering in community leadership roles to holding spaces for people to reconnect to their bodies as an avid practitioner of both yoga and BJJ.
