Yoga Nidra: The Conscious Dreamer

In this 60 minute class, you will gather the tools needed to unlock the gates to your conscious mind and step into the most brilliant, highest vibrating version of yourself.
During this profound practice, the body relaxes in sleep form, while the mind remains alert and awake.
Yoga Nidra has proven to be beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety, as the practitioner is able to access the deeper recesses of the mind, while relaxed.

On a deeper level, the practice of Yoga Nidra can aid in deconstructing limiting belief patterns and untethering ourselves from the ties that bind us to outdated and unhealthy practices and thought patterns.
Please dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat, a light blanket to cover yourself and a pillow to rest your head.
If you have a sensitive lower back, please bring an extra pillow or a rolled up blanket for under your knees.
You are welcome to bring extra cushions, bolsters, socks and eye pillows - whatever helps you remain comfortable.
